In a way to keep our members mental wellness in check, VEHRA holds a monthly staff day out. Yesterday we looked at stress…. ,how to manage and handle it in the simplest ways. Members engaged in tropical discussions and shared their experience with stress, we played games, yoga and kaoreke which helped members re energize. Our take home was ” stress is a daily routine and it will happen everyday ” we shouldn’t run away from it but take steps to eliminate the triggers.
